Asian vegetables en papillote

Ingredients

  • 50 g (1/3 cup) carrot, julienned
  • 25 g (3 Tbsp) onion, julienned
  • 40 g (1/4) sweet pepper, in strips
  • 100 g (1 ½ cup) pak choy, in big chunks
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) grated fresh ginger
  • Few drops of sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) canola oil

Garnish

  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) fresh cilantro, chopped

Preparation

  • Place carrots, onions, peppers and pak choy on a foil.
  • Add ginger, sesame oil and canola oil.
  • Close the foil make the papillote.
  • Cook on BBQ for 15-20 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
  • Open and garnish with green onion and cilantro.
