Cabbage en papillote

Ingredients

  • 270 g (2 cups) green cabbage
  • ½ tsp (2.5 ml) garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) olive oil

Preparation

  • Place the cabbage on a foil. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add oil.
  • Close the foil to make the papillote.
  • Cook on BBQ for 20-30 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
