Ingredients
- 270 g (2 cups) green cabbage
- ½ tsp (2.5 ml) garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
Preparation
- Place the cabbage on a foil. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add oil.
- Close the foil to make the papillote.
- Cook on BBQ for 20-30 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
