Creamy vegetables en papillote

Ingredients

  • 50 g (1/3 cup) broccoli
  • 50 g (1/3 cup) cauliflower
  • 30 g (1/4 cup) carrot
  • 1 ½ Tbsp (22.5 ml) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ Tbsp (7.5 ml) water
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) olive oil

Preparation

  • Place broccoli, cauliflower and carrots on a foil.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, water and oil. Pour over vegetables.
  • Close the foil to make the papillote.
  • Cook on BBQ for 15-20 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
