Ingredients
- 50 g (1/3 cup) broccoli
- 50 g (1/3 cup) cauliflower
- 30 g (1/4 cup) carrot
- 1 ½ Tbsp (22.5 ml) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- ½ Tbsp (7.5 ml) water
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
Preparation
- Place broccoli, cauliflower and carrots on a foil.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, water and oil. Pour over vegetables.
- Close the foil to make the papillote.
- Cook on BBQ for 15-20 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
