2 Tbsp (30 ml) original powdered coffee creamer (Coffee Mate)
6 Tbsp (90 ml) unflavored Metamucil (or 72 g)

Place all ingredients in the bread machine at the dough function.
Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C).
Put the dough in a greased loaf pan.

Heat a cup of water in the microwave. Place the bowl containing the bread dough in the microwave (leaving the cup of hot water in) and let rise until the dough has doubled in volume (45-60 minutes).
