Cookie in a mug

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) butter (14 g)
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) sugar
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) unsweetened flax beverage
  • 1/3 tsp (2 ml) vanilla extract
  • 1/3 tsp (2 ml) baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) Wel-Plan baking mix from Nutricia (1123)
  • 1 chopped Cha cha chocolate from Cambrooke Foods (2701)

Preparation

  • In a mug, put the butter and melt it in the microwave for a few seconds.
  • In the mug, add ingredients in the order, mixing after each ingredient.
  • Cook in the microwave for 35-45 seconds. Be careful not to overcook.
