Serving size: 1/2 cup (125 ml)
Ingredients
- 1 medium banana
- 2 cups (500 ml) frozen strawberries
Preparation
- Peel the banana. Place in a resealable bag and freeze for at least 24 h.
- Remove the fruits from the freezer at least 10 minutes before using.
- In a blender, place the fruit and puree.
- Enjoy immediately.
