Ingredients
- 2/3 cup (165 g) tomato in cubes
- 1 cucumber (250 g) in cubes
- ¼ cup (25 g) chopped red onion
- ¼ cup (30 g) black olives
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) oil
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients.
- Season to taste and serve.
