Ingredients
- 1 medium beet cooked and sliced (about 5 slices)
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Daiya plain cream cheese
- 7 Glutino stick pretzels (6 g)
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) arugula
- 1 tsp (5 ml) olive oil
- 1 tsp (5 ml) balsamic vinegar
Preparation
- Preheat oven to Broil.
- On a baking sheet, put beet slices.
- Spread the cream cheese on each beetroot slice.
- Broil until cheese is golden on top.
- Place the beet slices on a plate. Add pretzels and arugula.
- Dress with oil and vinegar. Enjoy!
