Serving size: 2 cups (500 ml)
Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 ml) iceberg lettuce into pieces
- 1 mango, in cubes
- 1 avocado, in cubes
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) red onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
- ½ Tbsp (7.5 ml) rice vinegar
- A few drops of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- For a less pronounced taste (if desired), soak the onions for 10 minutes in a bowl filled with cold water.
- In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, sesame oil and rice vinegar.
- In this bowl, add lettuce, avocado, mango and onion well drained.
- Coat with dressing and serve immediately.
