Serving size: 1/2 cup (125 ml)
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) finely chopped onion
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ Tbsp (7.5 ml) finely chopped jalapeno pepper
- 1 avocado in cubes
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) finely chopped tomato
- 1 tsp (5 ml) lime juice
Preparation
- In a mortar, reduce the onion, jalapeno pepper and salt to puree.
- Add the avocado and mix well. Add tomatoes and lime juice and mix.
- Serve with low protein tortilla chips.
